काठमाडौं। इन्डियाली सरकारले नेपाली भूमिमा हस्तक्षेप गरेको तथा कश्मीर घटनालाई लिएर ‘ग्रेटर नेपाल राष्ट्रवादी मोर्चा’ र ‘ग्रेटर नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी’ ले लैनचौरस्थित इन्डियाली दूतावास अगाडि प्रदर्शन गरेका छन्।
इन्डियाले महाकाली नदीमा एकपक्षीय रूपमा तटबन्ध निर्माण गरिरहेको, त्यसलाई रोक्न दबाब दिने उद्देश्य र कश्मीर घटनालाई लिएर ग्रेटर नेपालले प्रदर्शन गरेको हो।
इन्डियाले नेपाली भूमि मिचेको र कश्मीरसम्बन्धी इन्डियाको भूमिकामाथि प्रश्न उठाउँदै जारी गरिएको ज्ञापनपत्र बुझाउन ग्रेटर नेपालको जुलुस इन्डियाली दूतावासमा पुगेको थियो। तर, दूतावासले ज्ञापनपत्र बुझ्न अस्वीकार गरेको सहभागीहरूले जानकारी दिएका छन्।
“हामीले ज्ञापनपत्र बुझाउन खोज्दा ‘इमेल गर्नु, यहाँबाट बुझ्न मिल्दैन’ भन्ने जवाफ दूतावासले दियो,” ग्रेटर नेपालका संस्थापक फणीन्द्र नेपालले भने, “हामी यो ज्ञापनपत्र मेलमार्फत पठाउँदैछौं।”
ज्ञापनपत्रमा हालै कश्मीरमा इन्डियाले चालेका कठोर कदमहरू, गिरफ्तारी, घरहरू भत्काउने कार्य, आवतजावतमा कडाइ, सामूहिक सजायको डर, र मानव अधिकार उल्लंघन समेटिएको छ।
ज्ञापनपत्रमा भनिएको छ, “इन्डिया–पाकिस्तान तनावलाई पूर्ण युद्धको दिशामा पुर्याइएको छ। पाकिस्तानका नागरिकहरूलाई इन्डियाले गरेको अन्धाधुन्ध आक्रमण, इन्डियाली मिडियाले फैलाएको उग्र राष्ट्रवाद, र राजनीतिक लाभका लागि गरिएको गैरजिम्मेवार अभिव्यक्तिहरूले केवल क्षेत्रीय सुरक्षा संकट होइन, सम्पूर्ण विश्व समुदायलाई नै झकझक्याएका छन्। यद्यपि पछाडि हटिसकेको इन्डिया अझै पनि उग्र सैन्य होड र युद्ध उन्मादबाट पछि हट्न तयार देखिँदैन।”
इन्डियाली कदमहरू आक्रामक, अस्वीकार्य र दक्षिण एसियाको शान्तिपूर्ण स्थायित्वमा खलल पुर्याउने खालका रहेको ज्ञापनपत्रमा उल्लेख छ। पहलगाम, कश्मीरमा एक नेपाली नागरिकको मृत्यु भएको घटनाप्रति दुःख व्यक्त गर्दै, निर्दोष नेपालीको मृत्युका लागि इन्डिया पूर्ण रूपमा जिम्मेवार रहेको विज्ञप्तिमा भनिएको छ।
इन्डियाद्वारा लिम्पियाधुरा क्षेत्रमा अर्धसैनिक बल तैनाथ गर्नु, नेपाली भूमि अतिक्रमण गर्नु, र नेपाली सेनामा नेपाली मूलका नागरिकहरूलाई ‘मानव ढाल’ का रूपमा प्रयोग गर्नु अमानवीय र अक्षम्य भएको ग्रेटर नेपाल र ग्रेटर नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टीको संयुक्त विज्ञप्तिमा उल्लेख छ।
“इन्डियाले नेपाली मूलका सैनिकहरूलाई अग्रपंक्तिमा पठाएर नेपाल र मैत्रीपूर्ण राष्ट्रहरूसँगको सम्बन्ध बिगार्न खोज्नु हुँदैन। दोषीहरूलाई कारबाही हुनुपर्छ,” विज्ञप्तिमा भनिएको छ।
इन्डियाको ज्यादतिविरुद्धको ज्ञापनपत्रमा ग्रेटर नेपाल राष्ट्रवादी मोर्चाका अध्यक्ष फणीन्द्र नेपाल र ग्रेटर नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टीका प्रतिनिधि विकल्पले हस्ताक्षर गरेका छन्। ग्रेटर नेपालले इन्डियाका ज्यादतिविरुद्ध निरन्तर आवाज उठाउँदै आएको छ ।

Excellency,
The government and the proud people of Nepal are deeply concerned and saddened by the tragic death of a Nepali national in the Pahalgam incident in Kashmir on 22 April, 2025. Greater Nepal Nationalist Front (GNNF) condemn such acts of violence and extend our condolences to the family of the deceased. At the same time, we believe that India is sole responsible for this innocent loss of Nepali life and the lives of several Indian citizens.
GNNF also believe that it was a false flag operation of India to further its political agenda domestically and in the region. The same is now an established fact as well as a pattern supported by undeniable evidences and the manner it is being dealt with by the Modi’s fascist regime, its armed forces and security agencies; and “Godi Media”.
The recent crackdown in Kashmir has resulted in detentions, house demolitions, and restrictions on movement, sparking fears of collective punishment and human rights violations.
This all led to Indian escalation against Pakistan fast reaching to brink of all out war. Indiscriminate targeting of civilian population in Pakistan by Indian armed forces; the jingoism expressed in media frenzy and unbridled and irresponsible political scoring by India not only put the whole region in danger but stir the world community. Even now afterwards biting the dust, the aggressive posturing and war hysteria of India is not dying down.
In the garb of Pahalgam false flag operation, India has also started aggressively pursuing water terrorism by compromising Indus Water Treaty; playing with the lives and livelihood of millions and millions of people. None other than Nepal has been facing this Indian water terrorism for the past many decades. India is openly controlling Nepali rivers (like Koshi, Gandaki, and Mahakali) monopolizing hydro power projects, withholding Nepal from building water reservoirs and raising embankments on Indian side across border to flood Nepal in rainy season every year. Now its next target is Pakistan!
The situation is also creating instability in the region and South Asia, one of the poorest regions of the world. Exceptional warmongering and jingoism by India is threatening the peace and security of the South Asia.
GNNF also want to protest to the recent deaths of Nepali students at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Odisha. We strongly condemn the circumstances under which innocent Prisha Sah and Prakriti Lamsal lost their lives. Their blood is on the hands of India.
GNNF further highlight that many Nepali Nationals have laid their lives for India as Indian Military is using them as war fodder in the most difficult battlefields; speaks of its selective treatment of Nepali origin soldiers.
It is worth mentioning that the arrival of Indian paramilitary forces in Kathmandu without Nepal’s permission in April this year was a significant event, which is tantamount to breach of Nepal’s sovereignty. Not only in Nepal, India regularly makes such transgressions in other neighbouring countries, too.
Moreover, given open warnings to Nepal Government that Indian SSB will take over the India-Nepal border is another attempt to further occupancy of Nepali territory beyond Kalapani-Lipulekh-Limpiyadhura area; which is absolutely not acceptable.
GNNF urge India and the world community to engage through diplomatic channels with Pakistan and accept Pakistan’s offer for neutral, impartial and transparent investigation of the Pahalgam incident so as the truth comes to light. Moreover, the world community should work with both India and Pakistan to ensure permanent ceasefire and return their forces to positions of peacetime.
We also urge India to not look down upon Nepalis as children of the lesser god. Every Nepali life is as precious as life of any Indian. Nepalis should not be victim of Indian ultra ambitions and Modi’s extremist ideology.
GNNF also shake the conscience of the global community to remind India of its responsibilities to maintain the peace and security of the region; refrain from creating war hysteria and respect the sovereignty and integrity of Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan and other neighbouring countries.
GNNF also emphasize that transparent investigation into untimely death of Nepali citizens should be conducted and the responsible ones should be held accountable. India should also refrain from putting Nepali origin soldiers at battle fronts, which may disturb Nepal’s relations with friendly countries.
